Advertising manager buys Shaker Heights 3BD

Caroline Hardy Emmet and Robert Emmet bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 14110 South Park Blvd. in Shaker Heights from Ruth Kendel Fonoroff for $345,000 on Jan. 14.

The 2,816-square-foot house, which was built in 1959, is in Shaker Heights North.

Ms. Emmet has been an advertising manager at Cleveland Clinic.

She has worked in account servicing roles for Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates, Brokaw, Inc., and Deutsch, Inc.

She attended Hawken School and Saint Lawrence University.

There were 607 home sales in Shaker Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $148,100.
