Brian M. Daboll bought a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 1400 Cobblestone Court in Westlake from Shelby R. Brunn for $850,000 on March 12.

The Brunns paid $707,500 for the property in April 2005. The 4,588-square-foot house was built in 1999.

Daboll is the offensive coordinator for the NFL's Cleveland Browns.

He began his NFL coaching career with the New England Patriots as a defensive coaching assistant. After that, he was promoted to wide receivers coach for the team. He then left the Patriots to serve as the Jets' quarterbacks coach.

He graduated from the University of Rochester with a degree in economics.

There were 375 sales in Westlake in 2008, with a median sales price of $194,750.
