Anesthesiologist buys 5BD in Pepper Pike North

Dr. Mihaela M. Tecuta and Emil V. Negrescu bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2412 Suffolk Lane in Pepper Pike from RTR Properties LLC for $445,000 on Oct. 8.
RTR Properties foreclosed on the property in September. The 4,952-square-foot house was built in 1984 in the Cedar Valley subdivision of the Pepper Pike North neighborhood.
Dr. Tecuta practices anesthesiology at the Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights.
She received her M.D. from the Carol Davila University of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania. She trained in internal medicine and anesthesiology at Wayne State University's Detroit Medical Center and completed her fellowship in cardiothoracic anesthesia at the Cleveland Clinic.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 97 home sales in Pepper Pike in 2008, with a median sales price of $348,900.
