Mr. Bahnub is a senior vice president and director of business Intelligence at First Niagara Bank.

He previously worked at National City as senior vice president.

He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Columbia University's Columbia Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 208 home sales in Broadview Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,500.
