Scharlott is vice president of academic affairs at Chancellor University in Cleveland.

She previously was an associate dean of online learning at Myers University.

She received a B.S. in marketing from David N. Myers University, a master's degree from Capella University and an Ed.D. from Walden University.

Ms. Westerman is a senior V.P. of operations at State Industrial Products, a Cleveland-based manufacturer of air fresheners, welding supplies, cleaners and lubricants, and nuts and bolts.

She joined the company in 1979.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 38 home sales in Bratenahl during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $137,500.
