Medical equipment sales rep gets Westlake 4BD

Jeffrey C. Reitenbach bought the four-bedroom, three-bath home at 25788 Iris Court in Westlake from Nida Raza and Syed Shah for $460,000 on Nov. 30.

Raza and Shah acquired the property for $495,000 in July 2005. The 3,858-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Westlake South neighborhood.

Reitenbach has been a sales representative for Venture Medical, which offers new, used and refurbished medical equipment.

He attended the University of Toledo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 401 home sales in Westlake during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $197,500.
