The Azleins paid $699,000 for the property in June 2004. The 6,800-square-foot house was built in 1940 in Chagrin Falls South. Michael F. Kaim of Prudential Select Properties is the home's listing agent.

Mr. Azlein is president at JARO Enterprises, Inc. He is a former president, CEO and director of BPI Energy, Inc. He previously founded Methane Management, Inc. and served as president, CFO and principal of Cyrus Eaton Group.
