The 2,779-square-foot home last sold for $370,000 in February 2012. It is located in the Pepper Pike South neighborhood of Pepper Pike.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 100 home sales in Pepper Pike during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $360,000.
